maintenance support & Site services
We offer a full on-site service with experienced engineers fully CITB Safety Passport certified and fully trained in the use of on-site plant and equipment. We supply manpower for routine maintenance, contracted shutdown periods and unplanned breakdowns with our fully equipped vehicles. We also supply manpower for plant and equipment commissioning. Mechanical and Electrical cover can be provided both in house and by our respected and reputable industry partners. We can also offer off site support service back up with all aspects of mechanical engineering, fabrication, machining, design and electrical services.
site installation
Our fully trained and experienced site Engineers provide a full range of site services offering full installation for machinery plant and equipment and steelwork or a combination thereof. We can project manage all aspects of an installation and facilitate all the required contract services for a project. We have a vast array of experience in quarries, power stations, recycling plants, glassworks and sand and gravel plants for various clients.
Design & project management
We can fully manage a clients project including the facilitation of all the project services and specialist requirements in order to bring a project to a satisfactory completion. A clients project can be designed by one of our supporting specialist suppliers under our expert guidance in conjunction with our client who is involved throughout the projects journey to completion.
machining services
We offer through our supplier support network a full range of machining services covering turning, milling, Vertical & Horizontal boring work and all CNC processes. Our network of back up machining companies can machine items small pins and housings to shafts, Conveyor Drums, Conveyor Sprocket Assemblies, Gearboxes and Conveyor Drive Frames of upto 10 tonnes in weight. These can be reverse engineered, to customer drawings or designed accordingly.
Engineering services
Time served and apprentice trained engineers provide services for any engineering and fabrication requirements requested by our customers. Full mechanical workshop overhauls of plant and equipment are offered with direct access to OEM bearing manufacturers. Engineering Services can be done on site at a clients premises, on the job, in their workshop or offsite at our network of support bases depending upon the individual specific contract requirements. A clients own staff can also be supplied with support staff as and when required to provide back up and cover for shortages or increased workloads.
procurement
Our experienced management team can offer support services and advice with procurement facilities for projects for specific projects or individual components using our vast experience and network of suppliers in order to provide our client with a cost beneficial quality service to meet their specific requirements.
steel fabrication
Steel fabrication services can be provided by our qualified welders either on site or offsite at our fabrication base these include repairs to existing equipment, new manufacture and bespoke design or a combination of these. Fabrications can be supplied in all grades of stainless steel and mild steel with component parts upto 10 tonnes in weight supplied with MIG, TIG and MMA . Additional outsourcing services of NDT certification, Stress Relieving, Galvanising and Powder Coating or specific customer requirements are also provided all with the relevant certificates. A full quality pack can also be supplied on customer request.
reverse engineering
We offer a full reverse engineering service when worn out component parts become obsolete often due to OEM’s having closed down or due to manufacturing lead times. All aspects of equipment can be re-engineered either in house or by our diverse and experienced supplier support network from fabrications to machined components including shafts, gears, sprockets, housings, gearboxes and various castings including supply of drawings if required.

We can supply our clients with all sorts of funding for assets including plant and equipment, vehicles ( lease, pcp, finance purchase ), computers and office equipment, commercial mortgages.
