Experience
Arron is a 4 year apprentice trained mechanical engineer. Arron has gained a vast and varied knowledge base from his experience in working in various industries providing mechanical support both workshop based and in the field in mines and quarries, power stations, glassworks and recycling plants. here he has carried out repairs, installation and commissioning works and removal of both redundant and re-useable plant and equipment. All conducted in a safe and accident free professional manner.
Life
He enjoys travelling and socialising with friends, family and colleagues and playing and watching cricket and football whenever he can. He is a parent and a keen gardener and his fiancée and he are currently purchasing their first house together.

Steve has over 35 years of experience in Engineering serving predominantly Mining & Quarrying, Power Generation and Glass Industries. He has gained his experience in Sales, Production, Maintenance and Installation of a wide & varied portfolio of products and services in these industries. Steve brings his years of acquired knowledge of these industries , Customer relation skills & and Business knowledge to help to guide the business forwards and focus on its customer service base approach to its operations.
His background is invaluable in maintaining the Quality, Safety, Training & Environmental standards which todays industries both require and expect along with meeting the clients needs for value for money.
