Sand and Gravel Wash Plant - Refurbishment, Installation and Commissioning

We were recently contracted to strip and dismantle the constituent parts of a sand and gravel wash plant for a Major client of ours. Initially we have to strip down all the parts into smaller component parts and remove all redundant equipment from the steelwork such as switches, pipework, panels etc. all in preparation for an onsite shotblasting firm to clean and paint said steelwork and parts. During this process the conveyors have been identified individually and a catalogue of spares made, all parts that require replacement have been identified and logged ready for new parts ordering when the refurbishment and installation commences. This is a major ongoing contract for a top client and supplier to the quarrying and recycling industry. The project will be re-commencing shortly once the new concrete pad has been completed on site for the re-assembled wash plant to be built upon. Look out for the next part of the story on this project soon….
